Update

We have had a wonderful time with the girls.  We have just been too busy for an update.  Luckily for you all who are wondering how we are doing, my brakes on my car need fixed, so we have a few days in the house.

We have been lots of places and done lots of things, there are tons of pictures on my flickr.  Click on the link to see them.

The other day for the 4th of July we had a ton of people over and we had so much fun.  It rained of course, but we did lots of fun indoor things for awhile till the rain was gone.  Dani organized a coloring contest for everyone.  She was the judge but she was also a contestant.  She decided that it wouldn't be fair for her to judge her own so she brought it to me to judge.  I thought that was very fair of her.

The kids had a wonderful time.  I hope you enjoy the pictures. :)

The girls have arrived!

Well as you can see I have been really busy.  I love the idea of keeping up this site, but it seems i have less and less time as the girls are older.  We have been busy with end of year school stuff, concerts, church things, youth group, and getting ready for the Belarusian girls to come.  Sveta and Ira got here yesterday and they are doing really well.  They are having a lot of fun with the girls.

Here is a picture of all my girls together!  We are so happy the girls are here!

Dani was soo tired

But she didn't want to lay down.  So she made a comfy chair to sit beside me while I was at my computer.

What a patient boy

When Cherry is eating and Copper is hungry he lays down right behind her and watches her eat till she is done.

Tidbits

Just back from the eye doctor and three new prescriptions for kids.  Brittany has to get a new prescription a bit stronger than before, Gabby needs reading glasses again (she was without them for two years), and Bela is getting her first pair of distance glasses.  Thank God for good insurance.

Sveta and Ira will be here June 17th.  We are so excited and already planning all kinds of fun things to do with them.

Here are a couple pictures...

Gabby took some beautiful photos of my irises last week.  I think she has some talent.

Some photos from Belarus

The director of the Chernobyl Project went to Belarus recently and sent me back pictures of Sveta and Ira and Sveta's family.

Sveta is the girl in black on the end.

And this is Ira.  This will be her first time here this year.  She is only 7.  She is the one in blue.

Mother's Day

I was a bit late in posting this, but happy belated Mother's Day to all of you wonderful mothers out there!  I had a wonderful Mother's Day, as I watched three of my girls become members of our church.  It was one of the proudest moments in my life!

In the evening on Mother's Day we had a huge storm.  As we listened to the branches hit the roof, we heard a huge bang.  I believe what we heard was this falling...

We also had some basement flooding.

Nebraska Trip

Wow it's been so long since I posted and I can't quite remember all the things that have happened then.  My beautiful baby turned 5 the 18th of April.  The next day she and I flew to Nebraska for a wonderful visit with family.  You can view all 315 pictures here.  Dani loved Nebraska.  She was very impressed with the soft dirt, the cool bluffs, and the tumbleweeds.  She got to drive to the top of Scottsbluff National Monument

The visit was mostly to visit my Grandmother, who you see in the pictures, but we had a wonderful time with everyone in the family.  Dani was ready to come home after a week and we were both thrilled to get back to our family!

Question

I have been trying to password my site, but for some reason Typepad won't let me do that, can anyone help me figure out another blog service that I would be able to transfer this whole blog to and password all of it?
